**Role Overview**
As a BMS Engineer, you’ll take ownership of maintaining, optimising, and fine-tuning complex systems that drive performance and wellbeing within buildings across the region. This is a long-term role with structured progression, strong technical support, and a company culture that values expertise, innovation, and balance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Perform diagnostics and resolve issues with BMS Systems such as Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure
Carry out BMS system modifications and enhancements as needed
Maintain professional customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality services
Identify opportunities for energy savings and system optimizations
Assist in emergency call-out services
Continually enhance your skills via manufacturer and BCIA training opportunities

**The Ideal Candidate**
BMS engineering experience
Able to work independently in a field-based service role
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in fault-finding and system integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving
A valid UK driving license
