BMS Engineer
Scope of Work
- Install, configure, test, and commission BMS systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for BMS installations.
- Integrate HVAC, power meters, PLC, SCADA, and other building systems with the BMS.
- Configure and troubleshoot Modbus, BACnet, and other communication protocols.
- Support project execution, site testing, and system handover.
- Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience in BMS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, HVAC, PLC, SCADA, power monitoring systems, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when required.
- Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Having BMS internship experience is an added advantage.
