If you're an experienced BEMS Project Manager in the South West region, this one’s for you.

You’ll be joining a smart building specialist on a mission to deliver smarter, greener buildings. Lead turnkey projects across the region, working with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tech like Trend, Tridium, and EcoStruxure.

Your Mission

Deliver technically excellent BEMS projects across the South West, managing every phase with attention to detail and a strong focus on client outcomes and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects end-to-end – design, delivery, handover
• Develop control philosophies, wiring schematics, and technical documentation
• Procure materials, subcontract labour, and manage installations
• Plan site activities, conduct risk assessments, and ensure H&S compliance
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
• Lead commissioning activities and coordinate handovers
• Produce accurate project documentation, manuals, and drawings
• Identify and manage project risks and commercial variations

The Ideal Candidate

• Project management background in BEMS/Smart Buildings
• Hands-on BEMS engineering and commissioning experience
• Familiar with HVAC systems and control strategies
• Deep knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Great communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• IT savvy – confident using Word, Excel, Outlook
• Full UK driving licence
