BMS Project Manager

VIGO is proudly partnering with a market-leading Building Management Systems (BMS) provider to seek an experienced Project Manager for their expanding team. If you have solid experience in BMS project delivery this could be your next big opportunity.

In this dynamic role, as a BMS Project Manager, you will take charge of a variety of projects within the smart buildings sector within the Bristol area. From project conception to handover, you will manage project delivery, meet client expectations and ensure optimal energy performance. Your strong organisational skills will link teams together, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency.

Control and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

Liaise closely with a range of clients, engineers, and contractors

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project delivery team

Conduct regular project reviews, quality checks, risk assessments and manage project deliverables

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Anticipate potential project roadblocks and devise solution-oriented strategies

Proven project management experience (3+ years) in the BMS industry

Strong technical and operational understanding of BMS/BEMS systems

Experienced in leading and mentoring teams

Excellent communication abilities with a customer service focus

Highly organised with the ability to anticipate, troubleshoot and solve project-related issues

Valid UK driving licence
