BMS Technical Program Manager (TPM)

【Job contents of TPM】

• Delivery ownership: Own end-to-end delivery of assigned BMS development programs. Translate customer and PM requirements into work breakdown structures, schedules, and owners across HW / SW / Validation / System Integration divisions.
• Execution drive: Run sprint and stand-up cadence; track deliverables in Tuleap/Jira; surface blockers within 24 hours; close every action item to completion. Silent stalls are a performance failure, not a neutral state.
• Technical synthesis: Independently digest technical inputs (system requirements, test reports, failure analyses) and produce decision-ready outputs: 8D reports, countermeasure reports, NRE assessments — with the TPM's own analysis layer, not a compilation of engineers' inputs.
• Customer quality events: Coordinate root-cause investigation and draft customer-facing responses that preserve long-term trust: fact-based, systemic-improvement-oriented. Blame-shifting narratives are unacceptable.
• Proactive reporting: Provide weekly status without being asked; escalate schedule risk before the deadline, with alternatives attached.
• Documentation: Maintain requirements traceability, meeting minutes, decision logs, and risk registers to support knowledge transfer.
• Compliance coordination: Coordinate ISO 26262 / cybersecurity / certification activities across the program schedule (coordination role; execution owned by domain engineers).
