A qualified MOT Tester performs MOT tests and thorough vehicle inspections on BMW and MINI vehicles at the Vines of Guildford dealership, advising customers and working with the technician team. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with a £35,000 basic salary and uncapped bonus up to £41,000 OTE.

We're looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our team at Vines of Guildford. If you take pride in carrying out high-quality MOT tests and helping to keep our customers safely on the road, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday
Salary: Basic £35,000 OTE £41,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.
- Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues or areas requiring attention.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on maintaining their vehicles.
- Collaborate with our team of technicians and engineers
- MOT Tester qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
- Hold a valid Smart card
- Proven experience in conducting MOT tests, preferably with a prestige brand
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
