An excellent opportunity has become available for a customer focused and efficient Trainee Service Advisor/Bookings Advisor at Sytner BMW Newport.
This is a busy, fast-paced role that involves managing both inbound and outbound booking calls, as well as a variety of digital contact channels. You will be responsible for scheduling customer bookings, providing clear information and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional level of service in keeping with the premium brands we represent. The role requires an industrious attitude, excellent attention to detail and the ability to retain information.
