【博奕產品企劃部】Project Manager｜NPI／x86／IPC

Join us and manage Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) product projects from development through mass production.

You will lead schedules, risks, and cross-functional collaboration while also participating in product requirements, customer topics, and critical-material planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead EGM hardware product development and NPI projects, managing schedules, resources, risks, and delivery quality.
2. Coordinate R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Quality teams to drive EVT / DVT / PVT through mass production.
3. Establish project milestones, issue lists, and decision mechanisms, and proactively remove obstacles.
4. Track changes, cost, quality, and production readiness to ensure projects meet customer and business objectives.
5. Partner with the Product Manager on customer requirements, product specifications, and product-line topics.
6. Continuously improve NPI and cross-functional project processes to increase delivery efficiency and predictability.
