Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Breakthrough Therapy Center in St. Cloud, MN, is looking for a skilled and driven BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA, you'll supervise and support therapists working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing training, guidance, and clinical direction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality care, effective program implementation, and strong collaboration with parents.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

PTO & Sick Time: 6 weeks total bank per year

Holidays: Off on all holidays
