Location: Staten Island, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | After-School Hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based ABA team in Staten Island, NY. This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple clients in a collaborative, supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Client Population

  • Children ages 2–14 years old

  • Multiple after-school cases

  • Center-based ABA services

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Part-time with the opportunity for additional hours

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs based on client needs.

  • Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Conduct regular parent training and caregiver support.

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.

  • Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality client care.

  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Active New York State licensure (LBA) or eligibility to practice in New York.

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Passion for providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services.
