Our leadership brings clinical expertise and a personal commitment to creating an environment where your voice matters, your professional growth is encouraged, and individualized care guides our work.

At DEPS, we see every child’s potential—not just their diagnosis. Our team is passionate about play-based, family-centered care that empowers kids to learn, grow, and shine. As Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our multidisciplinary crew (BCBAs, SLPs, OTs), you’ll help shape lives while feeling supported, challenged, and celebrated.

Our mission is to partner with each family, tailoring treatment plans that reflect their values, interests, and goals. Our child-led, naturalistic approach sets us apart and keeps our work deeply rewarding.
