Provides direct oversight and intervention planning for clients using Applied Behavior Analysis principles to meet behavioral needs.

EPC is seeking reliable BCBAs to join our team; those who strive towards building meaningful rapport with clients, families, and team members, maintaining professionalism, and applying evidence-based interventions through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
BCBA responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The direct oversight, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned clients enrolled at EPC.
- Supervision to assigned clients as authorized by funding source
- Making modifications as necessary to ensure the client's learning / behavioral needs are being met
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, as warranted
- Completion and submission of assessment and authorization reports for review
