Join a multidisciplinary organization serving children and families across behavioral health, education, and community-based services. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Outpatient Behavioral Treatment team. Salary: Starting at $90,000+ based on experience, with opportunities for additional compensation.

Work Schedule: 2 Days in clinic and 3 days Telehealth- Monday - Friday; 10am - 6pm

Responsibilities

    • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and other appropriate behavioral assessments.
    • 25 Billable Hours Minimum
    • Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior treatment plans.
    • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services consistent with client needs and treatment goals.
    • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
    • Modify treatment interventions based on clinical data and demonstrated outcomes.
    • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned behavioral health staff, as applicable.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the treatment team.
    • Provide caregiver training and support to promote treatment consistency across environments.
    • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
    • Maintain compliance with applicable professional, ethical, licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.
    • Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.
    • Maintain productivity and billable-hour expectations while prioritizing quality and ethical service delivery.
    • Utilize telehealth technology effectively to provide accessible behavioral health services.
    • Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and ongoing development.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ability to meet applicable Virginia licensure requirements, including LBA requirements where applicable.
  • Experience providing ABA or behavioral health services.
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to provide services both in person and through telehealth.

Preferred:

    • Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
    • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
    • Experience with caregiver training and consultation.
    • Experience working within multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
