Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Travel: This position supports both our Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo clinics and requires regular travel between locations.

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.
Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple: Learning to play. Playing to learn.
We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong BCBA to join our growing team. Our approach is individualized, play-based, and focused on meaningful outcomes for children and their families. What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on each client's needs and goals
- Conduct assessments and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions and measure progress
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to ABA Supervisors and Direct Staff
- Review client data and modify programs as clinically appropriate
- Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill development across settings
- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members regarding client progress and treatment recommendations
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative meetings as appropriate
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and records
- Monitor treatment progress, utilization, and service delivery to support continuity and quality of care
- Provide direct clinical services as needed based on client and program needs
- Support the development of social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills through evidence-based ABA practices
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards, professional requirements, and company policies
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionals
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff
