Base salary: $80,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications, with additional opportunities for performance-based compensation.

Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clinicians may be eligible for additional compensation.

What You'll Do

As a Center-Based BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership and support within our Dartmouth ABA Center while working collaboratively with clients, families, RBTs, and other members of the treatment team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
• Providing clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other direct-care staff
• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
• Collaborating with families and other members of the treatment team
• Providing training, guidance, and clinical mentorship
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting high-quality, ethical, person-centered care

The majority of your work will take place at our Dartmouth center, with limited in-home services or other community-based responsibilities when clinically necessary.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a BCBA who is:

• Currently certified as a BCBA and/or licensed as a LABA in Massachusetts
• A graduate of a master's-level program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experienced in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision
• Committed to evidence-based, person-centered care
• A strong communicator and collaborative team member
• Interested in growing professionally while helping us build something great

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply. We value experience, but we also recognize that great clinicians have to start somewhere. Our team provides mentorship and support as you develop your clinical skills.
