Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the New Haven, Connecticut area.

This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Position Details

  • Position: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Location: New Haven County, Connecticut

  • Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Hours

  • Setting: In-Home ABA Services

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists

  • Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization

  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed

  • Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation

  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers

  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements

  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred

  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area
