Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the New Haven, Connecticut area.
This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Position: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Responsibilities
-
Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
-
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
-
Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists
-
Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
-
Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed
-
Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation

Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers
-
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements

Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
-
Current BCBA certification in good standing
-
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain)

Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred

Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area
