Solara is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that empower children and families across Utah
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time BCBA
- Schedule: Flexible part-time hours
- Setting: home-based
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- AZ licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
