At HealthPro Pediatrics, you’ll be part of a collaborative pediatric team with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership across our ABA, Outpatient Pediatrics, Early Intervention, and School-Based therapy services!

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with State school and clinical guidelines.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidence‑based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Washington licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
