- RBT and paraprofessional support
- Collaborative environment with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy
- Opportunity to help shape and grow an expanding ABA program
- Meaningful work with children and families in a supportive environment
What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and oversee ABA programming
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and other team members
- Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Provide family guidance and training
- Collaborate with families, therapists, classroom staff, and other professionals
- Help support the continued growth and development of our ABA program

- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Life Insurance
- Additional employee benefits
If you're looking for a BCBA position where you'll have flexibility, support, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact without doing it alone, we'd love to talk with you.
