A Typical Day in the Clinic:
Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.
Holistic Care: Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.
Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.
Family & Staff Training: Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.
Crisis & Safety Management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
What We Are Looking For:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
