Our clinical philosophy centers on individualized care delivered directly within the natural environment—primarily in-home and school settings—to foster meaningful, long-term functional skill acquisition and behavior reduction. We believe that clinical excellence begins with empowering our practitioners. By pairing robust administrative coordination, diagnostic navigation support, and parent education resources with clinical autonomy, we foster a supportive, multidisciplinary culture where clinicians are fully equipped to achieve transformative outcomes for the families they serve.
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and autonomous Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee and direct home-based clinical programming across key Maryland territories, including Laurel (20707), Silver Spring (20902), Baltimore (21215), Frederick (21701), Prince George’s County (20744), and neighboring communities. In this role, you will lead individualized therapy programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and partner directly with families to ensure treatment fidelity in the natural environment. Clinicians have the flexibility to establish manageable caseloads that align with their availability, supported by a dedicated leadership and administrative team handling scheduling, authorizations, and operational logistics. This position requires travel to client residences within your designated geographic radius.

- Facilitate consistent, family-centered caregiver training to ensure generalizability of skills across settings and daily routines.
- Produce precise, high-standard clinical documentation, including progress reports, authorization updates, and session notes, meeting established timelines.
- Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethical and Disciplinary Code, state behavioral health laws, and payer compliance standards.
- Interface with organizational leadership, administrative teams, and related service providers to guarantee cohesive, client-centered care delivery.
