Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in East Orange, NJ.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated clinician who enjoys developing effective treatment programs, mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families, and helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and assessment results

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments

• Analyze data and make clinical decisions to support client progress

• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families

• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure effective treatment delivery

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance standards

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
