Make a real impact leading behavior programming at Lakes Country Academy (LCA), a regional Setting IV special education program in Fergus Falls. As our BCBA, you'll drive data-based decisions and hands-on support for students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), backed by a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Lead and support behavior programming across the site.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
  • Guide data-based decision-making for classrooms and programs.
  • Provide crisis prevention and intervention support.
  • Deliver staff training on ABA principles.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required.
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • Preferred: experience with K-12 students with challenging behaviors, background in educational settings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and teaching experience in EBD or ASD programs.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $66,327–$93,036 annually, based on experience.

Location & Shift Times:

  • Lakes Country Academy, Fergus Falls, MN.
  • 185 days/year (school calendar), 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
