Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Part-time opportunity available

We have been doing this since 2013, and we have stayed strong and steady through every season. Pediatric therapy never stops changing. We have met each shift head on, kept our footing, and kept growing, adding new tools and building out specialty paths along the way. Because a therapist owns this company and not an outside investment firm, that growth gets chosen on purpose. That steadiness is part of why our team members stay 5, 8, and 10 years and still find room to grow.

“Marshall Pediatric Therapy is an incredible place to work and I plan to be here for many many years. The management and onboarding from day one is positive, uplifting, and geared for your benefit. I firmly believe that everyone in this company wants to see me succeed.” — Physical Therapist, Lexington

We are family-owned, built on a belief that you cannot care for a child without caring for the whole family around them. It takes a village, and for more than 2,000 families across Central Kentucky, Marshall has become part of that village. Pam Marshall, OTR/L, founded the practice and owns and runs it with her husband, Jim. We work by five values, love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage, and you feel them in how we treat each other and our families.

What the work looks like

You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 2 to 10 across a range of diagnoses. You’ll work under one roof with physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, and psychology. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve the hard cases together. Parents are encouraged to be part of the session, and home carryover is part of every plan.

When you join Marshall, our admin and billing teams handle the referrals and scheduling for you, so you have more time for direct patient care and for your own professional growth.

Whether you’re years into your career or just out of school, you’ll have room to grow, with discipline-specific mentorship and clinical training ladders that give you a clear path forward. One of our team members said it simply: “There is a great mentorship program that is extremely helpful for new grads.”

A look at the benefits:

  • Eligible to earn PTO
  • Flexible scheduling
  • AI-assisted documentation support
  • 401(k) and Roth with up to a 4% company match
  • Annual merit raises
  • CEU support up to $1,000 a year in reimbursement

You’re a good fit if:

  • You hold a current Kentucky license as a Behavior Analyst
  • You hold current CPR and First Aid certification
  • You like collaborating across disciplines
  • You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
  • You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation
  • You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

We hire intentionally, because fit matters more than filling a seat. For candidates moving forward, the process includes a job shadow, time in the clinic to meet the team, ask questions, and get to know Marshall.
