Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Special Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and team oriented BCBA to provide high quality, in person ABA services in a collaborative, clinic based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, FBAs, and skill based evaluations

• Design and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Run and interpret functional analyses as part of routine clinical practice

• Provide in person supervision and coaching to RBTs

• Analyze data and make data based programming decisions

• Complete insurance prior authorizations, reauthorizations, and progress reports

• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families

• Work closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members
