What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements.
  • Provide ongoing caregiver training and education to promote generalization of treatment goals.
  • Analyze client data to monitor progress and make treatment recommendations.
  • Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals involved in each child's care.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain productivity and documentation standards established by the organization.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care.
