What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff.
- Analyze data and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.
- Provide caregiver training and support.
- Complete required clinical documentation.
Qualifications
* Current BCBA certification.
* New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain.
* Master's degree in a related field.
* Experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Passion for helping children and families.
