We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team and help us create packaging that not only protects our products but tells our brand story and delights our customers.

As the Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that align with our brand identity and retail strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, cost-effective, and sustainable. Y

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative packaging concepts for new product launches and seasonal collections, from initial mood boards to final production files.
• Create structural designs (dyelines) and graphic layouts that ensure brand consistency across all SKUs.
• Design primary packaging (product containers/boxes), secondary packaging (outer cartons), and tertiary packaging(shipping/retail display units).
• Adapt designs for various retail environments(in-store shelf presence, e-commerce shipping, and luxury unboxing experiences).
• Prepare print-ready artwork (CMYK/Pantone) and technical dyelines for manufacturers.
• Liaise with suppliers and printers to troubleshoot production issues, ensuring color accuracy and material quality.
• Conduct packaging testing (drop tests, durability) to ensure product protection during transit.
• Manage the packaging development timeline to ensure deadlines are met for product launches.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adhering strictly to timelines, revision limits, and production budgets.

Key requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Responsible, result-oriented, hardworking and honest Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
