Job Description

· Book vessels in and out of Singapore port, and arrange for pilot and tug boat services.

· Provide information on the crew to the immigration authority.

· Handling vessels’ arrivals and departures formalities/clearance

· Ensure that the ship’s documentation complies with international and Singapore's regulations before Customs inspection.

· Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.

· Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, freshwater, waste removal, and distribution of crew salary.

· Coordinate the bunkering of vessels.

· Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.

· Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Responsible

· Good team player with a positive attitude

· Able to work independently

· Strong communication skills

· Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office skills such as "words & excel"

· Experienced with ICA Crew & MPA Digital Port systems

· Irregular working hours are expected

· 5 day work week
