Boat Crew

As a member of the Boat Crew at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests during marine activities and excursions. You will work closely with the Boat Captain and other team members to deliver exceptional service and enhance the overall guest experience at our resort.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Basic understanding of maritime safety practices and procedures.
• Local Seaman Certified (Niyami) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
• Fluency in English.
