Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses, preferably BOBST VISION or similar (e.g., Windmöller & Hölscher, Nilpeter, Mark Andy).
- Strong understanding of flexo printing processes, substrates, inks, and color management.
- Ability to read and interpret print job specifications, color standards, and technical drawings.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with UV/solvent/water-based inks and associated drying systems.
