Body Process Engineer

We want you to:

• Support and lead BIW, parts dimensional quality improvement and gap & flush management activities
• Plan and organize production fixtures maintenance and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain statistical records of BIW CMM and gap & flush measurement results
• Reduce variability and defects in production by providing standard work methods and work instructions
• Follow specifications and quality control measures

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Metallurgical & Material, Automotive Engineering etc.
• 1-3 years experience in relevant automotive industry
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written
• Assertive, resilient and welcome change
• Self - motivated, flexible, proactive and committed
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of quality management tools
• Experience of FMEA, process improvement and error proofing techniques
• Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli or Sakarya
