Body Quality Control Engineer

We want you to:

• Body problems investigation & root cause analysis
• Taking preventive actions & confirmation studies for quality problems
• Organize supplier visits and meetings periodically
• Performing process audit at supplier or production side
• Managing 4M & EO changes and Body Fitting studies
• Preparing and revising inspection standards, follow up specifications & regulations
• Cost saving activities and running ECR studies of design change
• Organize TFT activities to improve quality level
• Supplier claim report evaluations (line stop & repair & scrap)
• Approval of project quality documents, initial sample approvals, following ISIR

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering faculties (Mechanical, Metallurgy & Materials etc)
• Having knowledge about the types of welding applied in automobile body production
• Will be able to analyze CMM and PolyWorks reports
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
• Result and customer oriented
• No travel restrictions and capability of driving
