Body Shop Collision Estimator

Coughlin Ford of Heath is accepting applications for the position of Body Shop Collision Estimator at our Ford location in Heath. In this position, you will be responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine cost of repairs for insurance claims settlement. Prepares and monitors insurance billing and follows up on outstanding payables.

Essential Duties
Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body ,mechanical or interior damage.
Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Reviews estimates with body shop technician
Assist with answering the incoming calls of our guest

Work hours Monday- Friday 7:00 am -5:00 Pm Closed weekends
