Key Responsibilities
- Shop Leadership: Oversee daily collision repair operations, scheduling, production flow, and quality control from intake to delivery.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate technicians and support staff in a positive, drama-free environment.
- Insurance & Estimating: Work directly with insurance adjusters, estimators, and customers; review estimates, supplements, and repair orders for accuracy.
- Operational Flow: Coordinate with parts and service departments to minimize cycle times and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong communication with vehicle owners to ensure clear expectations and complete satisfaction.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven background in automotive collision repair, estimating, or body shop leadership.
- Strong familiarity with insurance claims procedures and collision management/estimating platforms (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex).
- An independent leader who values high standards, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills with both technicians on the floor and customers at the counter.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
