The Auburn Collision Center (located at Auburn Toyota) is a family owned business looking for an experienced body shop technician. Auburn Collision Center is a great place to grow a career if you have a passion and commitment to excellence in service. The body shop is 30,000 square feet and employs approximately 30 technicians, estimators and administrative staff. The staff is well trained and experienced. We have a state-of-the-art facility and certifications for many major manufacturers including Toyota, Ford, Subaru, Hyundai, Nissan, Kia, GM, Infiniti, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. We are a direct repair facility with many major insurance companies.

What is this job responsible for?

· Inspect vehicle for damages to identify necessary repairs and part replacements.

· Perform vehicle repair in accordance with manufacturer, insurance and BAR standards.

· Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for repairs.

· Participate in on-going company and industry training and education programs.

The Body Shop Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.80. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Technician must supply own tools.
