Body Shop Technician

Jerry's Collision is a top Northern Virginia collision center and requires a full-time Body Shop Technician. We are a productive, customer-focused automotive body shop. We are a busy repair center, supplying repair services to many DRP Insurance companies.
As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles following factory specifications.

- Our Body Shop Technicians' pay range is from $20 - $24 flat rate with annual compensation of $80,000 - $120,000 based on your experience level and ability to complete repair orders quickly and accurately

Responsibilities
- Complete all the work specified on the repair order
- Identify and report any repairs needed to management, who will contact the customer or insurance company for approval. Once authorized, complete all required repairs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have own tools
- Authorized to work in the USA
- perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Must have prior automotive body shop technician experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- I-CAR certification is not required but is a plus
