Body Shop Technician

Motor Mile Collision is looking for a skilled and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering excellent customer results, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged vehicle bodies to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Replace and repair panels, frames, and structural components.
• Perform dent removal, welding, grinding, and metal finishing.
• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Use measuring and alignment equipment to ensure accurate repairs.
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read repair estimates and follow repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Must provide own tools required for the trade.
