Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning residential and/or commercial boiler systems according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new boilers and heating systems (gas, oil, or electric)
- Remove and replace old or defective boilers
- Connect boilers to water lines, gas lines, and electrical systems
- Test and commission installations to ensure proper operation
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues on-site
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors on project timelines
- Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
