Seeking a motivated Boiler Service Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial and industrial boiler systems, burners, controls, and related equipment. Training and hands-on development will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service boilers, burners, and controls.
• Perform boiler start-ups, inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with burner, combustion control, and boiler equipment installations/upgrades.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, combustion, and control systems.
• Read electrical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures in confined, elevated, and high-temperature environments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the region.
• Progress toward independent service work and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on experience in commercial/industrial HVAC, electrical, mechanical maintenance, boiler service, controls, plumbing/pipefitting, industrial equipment, or related trades.
• Boiler, burner, or combustion experience but not required.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read basic technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including confined/elevated spaces and lifting.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.
