Boilermaker Foreman
This position will supervise and oversee boilermakers in a maintenance facility and perform other duties as assigned.
- Zachry Supervisor training
- Able to read and interpret prints and plans.
- Must be able to work at heights and be able to climb ladders and stairways and work off platforms.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Boilermaker Foreman with superheat/reheat boiler experience & knowledge of rigging and welding in boilers.
- Be able to meet all physical demands and pre-employment conditions.
- Must have good problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity
- Good reading comprehension
- Ability to work with others – team player
- Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
- Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations
- Must understand how to read and interpret technical manuals to determine work procedures
- Must have experience using industrial hand tools and power tools
- Must have reliable transportation
