JOB SUMMARY:

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Bond Condition Analyst to manage and communicate court-ordered bond conditions. This position is responsible for receiving, evaluating, and processing bond condition information; accurately entering, retrieving, and safeguarding confidential law enforcement data through TCIC, NCIC, and other protected databases; and ensuring the timely dissemination of critical information to criminal justice partners. The Bond Condition Analyst must demonstrate sound judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Possess a valid Texas Driver's License.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, while maintaining effective working relationships with courts, law enforcement personnel, and the public.

  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, internet applications, agency-specific software, accurate keyboarding, data entry, and 10-key skills.

  • Ability to access, enter, retrieve, disseminate, and safeguard confidential criminal justice information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, exercise sound judgment, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and scheduled or unscheduled overtime as needed.

  • Must successfully pass a keyboarding assessment and comprehensive criminal background investigation.
