Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5 PM; 8:00 AM–12:00 PM every third Saturday.

This isn't your traditional accounting or bookkeeping position. You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role, helping keep our daily banking operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly. Primary Duties

• Keep transactions on track by importing, verifying, reviewing, editing, and interfacing incoming ACH files with accuracy.

• Help resolve issues efficiently by processing incoming cash letters, exception items, and rejected transactions.

• Maintain accurate account information by uploading new accounts into the core system and balancing various accounts.

• Support financial accuracy by completing daily investment entries and maintaining reliable financial records.

• Be a resource to your team by participating in ACH origination and assisting system users with processing needs.

• Keep essential banking services moving through debit card maintenance and disputes, document imaging, returns, ATM settlements, and other deposit operations and exception processing.

• Support secure transactions by processing or overseeing wire requests and authorizing transactions within the deposit system.
