As a growing property management company, we have built a portfolio of thoughtfully renovated multifamily communities, single-family homes, and newly developed communities that provide a wide range of options for residents to call home.
Our corporate office houses accounting, operations leadership, and human resources. While we are a small office (20 employees), we are mighty! Our team of bookkeepers each manages a portfolio of multifamily properties and works closely with the property managers and operations team to oversee and manage the financials.
Duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Check runs
- End-of-month reports and reviews
- Collections (commission paid on collections)
- Supports and assists the property manager in managing the financial facets of the property
- Works with a team of bookkeepers for ad hoc accounting projects
Qualifications/experience required
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Ability to perform independently, in a changing and multi-tasking environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills including attention to details
- High level of analytical and quantitative skills
- Yardi Voyager experience a PLUS!
- Must pass a background check and drug test, including marijuana.
