We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our expanding Finance team in Tel Aviv. The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeping professional with a service approach and ability to be precise, collaborative and team player while working in a fast-pace dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice recording, PO matching, approvals, and payments.
• Handle customer billing, collections, and aging reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor and customer balances, credit cards, and intercompany accounts.
• Maintain prepaid expenses, amortizations, accruals, and the fixed asset ledger.
• Process employee travel and expense reports.
• Monitor cash flow and upcoming payments.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes and reporting.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors and tax advisors.
• Submit VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory reports across relevant jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in international high-tech companies.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Priority and NetSuite.
• Organized and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
