📍 Location: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali, Bucaramanga
🕘 Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

🔍 What You’ll Do
✅ Reconcile IOLTA (trust) and operating accounts with full compliance
✅ Track income/expenses for personal injury cases (mostly car accidents 🚗)
✅ Maintain accurate records of client funds, disbursements & settlements
✅ Generate financial reports for internal use & tax prep
✅ Collaborate with attorneys to allocate funds properly
✅ Monitor case-related costs, reimbursements & settlements
✅ Ensure all practices align with state bar regulations
🎓 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm
✔️ Advanced conversational English (C1 level) – bilingual talent only! 🌎
✔️ QuickBooks Online proficiency is a must
✔️ Strong understanding of trust accounting & IOLTA compliance
✔️ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
✔️ Clear written and verbal communication
💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
🌐 Experience with legal billing or case management software
📊 Background in audit/tax prep documentation
📁 Knowledge of settlement disbursement & lien tracking
