Bookkeeper

This is a full-time, on-site position at our beautiful offices in Ra’anana.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team and take ownership of core bookkeeping processes and financial operations. If you're passionate about numbers, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced tech environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions up to the trial balance
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, credit cards, and journal entries
• Prepare tax reports and maintain communication with tax authorities (VAT, income tax, National Insurance)
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Work closely with the CFO to support ongoing financial operations

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 or 3) – Must
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in a global B2C tech, SaaS, or fintech company – Must
• - Experience with Priority ERP – Must
• - Experience with modern financial systems, automation tools, or AI-assisted platforms – Strong advantage
• - Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes
• - High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• - Self-driven, resourceful, and able to independently take ownership of tasks from end to end
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• - Experience in fintech companies such as eToro or similar trading/financial environments – Strong advantage
