Summary

Assists project managers in automotive product development by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and preparing reports using MS Office tools.

  • Support project managers to collect inputs for the project planning, organizing and coordination of various activities in the automotive product development enterprise.
  • Support project management in various activities during project execution, such as integration management, configuration management, time management.
  • Helps track and document completion of work plan activities
  • Collects data and perform analysis to assist in preparing project progress reports and performance metrics.
  • Support regular status tracking and prepare monthly report of project cost management.
  • Collects input and prepare the improvement plan for existing internal project management tools.
  • University student majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics), Industrial Management or Business Administration.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form.
  • Analytical and proactive working with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project)
