Bottle Server Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell VIP tables, bottle service packages, and special event bookings to enhance guest experiences.

- Maximize sales by recommending premium bottle selections, mixers, and additional services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with personal clients to drive repeat business and ensure loyalty.

- Actively promote the club on social media by posting flyers, sharing event updates, and engaging with followers.

- Work closely with fellow waitresses, bartenders, BOH, and management to deliver seamless service and maintain a positive team environment.

- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, teammates, and management.

- Provide a friendly, attentive, and personalized experience to all guests, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits.

- Feel at ease working in a fast-paced, loud environment with large crowds.

- Have a deep understanding of nightlife culture and trends, ensuring you can cater to guests' needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bottle service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.

- Strong sales and upselling skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.

- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
