<Job Overview>
As the Vietnam BPC Manager, you will drive the rapid capacity expansion of a dedicated shoe-bottom satellite facility while simultaneously overseeing bottom production operations at two other established manufacturing sites. You will share the regional management load to mitigate operational risks during this critical ramp-up phase.

<Your Impact>

1.Create daily production plan.
2. Make remaining order report.
3. Track daily production efficiency.
4. Adjust production plan for behind-schedule order or CGAC urgent order.
5. Mold progress tracking
6. Contact window between shoes factory and Bottom factory Production for production schedule adjustment.
7. Track schedule for defect and replacement.
8. Provide monthly KPI production figures, outsourcing quantities for each bottom factory, and outsourcing demand to relevant departments.
9. Analyze production capacity and order planning across different bottom factories.
